On September 8th 2004 the Minister for education, youth and sport of country Brandenburg Steffen Reiche symbolically took the license for "MHEX® NSS" to the free use at national schools in completely Germany.
Thus all national schools in Germany the "Brandenburger Version" is available in full function range for the free use. You can find the software under Download.
